The Hyde Hendon is a 3.6-acre site which comprises of 386 new homes across a range. There are 2 phases, the 1st phase is Blocks A and B which Artel are currently working on and is adjacent to the busy Edgware Road which runs along block A.
The building is RC frame and will be finished with cladding and brickwork. Both blocks are accessible to all floors via hoist and hoist runoffs. The scaffold has boarded lifts at floor levels allowing the inside area of the scaffold to be adapted for brickwork structure.
