Artel is working on the demolition of the Charter Place Shopping Centre which once redeveloped will form part of the extended intu retail destination.
A major part of our works here involved the facade retention of the grade two listed building. The images show ”before and after” – the building prior to the erection of the retention scaffold followed by the completed scaffold and the adjacent buildings demolished.
