Blenheim House has engaged Artel to provide the scaffolding for the transformation of this early 20th-century warehouse into apartments. The existing tenants will be in situ whilst the works are being carried out.
Phase 1 was completed in early 2015 when we commenced the rear independent scaffold and installed a system staircase. Phase 2 is now well underway.
