This is our first project for Higgins which we were awarded with 7 days notice to commence. We successfully mobilised design, transport and labour to meet the tight schedule and deliver the completed works on time.
The main scaffold elements are comprised of a cantilever and pavement level gantry. Protection Fans were erected to protect both residents and pedestrians walking to the neighbouring school. The front of the building is situated on a TFL Red Route meaning that materials had to be walked round from the back of the building through an extensive exclusion zone to ensure public safety.
