This project is in the heart of the City of London, the building in question straddles Middle Street and Newbury Street. The refurbishment includes a façade makeover with new windows and balconies plus the addition of an extra floor for which a temporary roof was erected.
A temporary gantry was erected on both elevations to facilitate the erection of the independent scaffold in the absence of a road closure.
A lifting beam along Newbury Street was used to distribute materials within the building.
