Royal Wharf is a new riverside neighbourhood in the heart of the Docklands area comprising of over 3,000 new homes and over 10,000 sq m of retail and business space.
Artel were delighted to be given the opportunity to provide the scaffolding for Phase 1 back in August 2015 and to continue through all four phases of the project for the next five years.
Phase 1 and 2 comprised of 23 fully scaffolded blocks with a further 5 Hurks buildings which also required hoist runoffs and internal scaffolding. In total, just over 70,000m2 of external independent, 485 vertical metres of hoist runoffs and 175 vertical metres of system staircase was erected over a 10 month period.
On-site storage and our own vehicle in-situ meant that we could significantly reduce our delivery mileage and C02 emissions.
